Recruiting trainees beneficial

Most organisations conclude that recruiting trainees are a financial and a management burden, however, Malaysia's Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Ong Tee Keat feels otherwise.

 

He feels that Employers stand to benefit by recruiting vocational and skills trainee for practical training as it enabled them to identify new recruits for their company.
