Double edged sword hovering over employers in Singapore.

Retaining and rewarding Gen Y workers in Singapore.
According to a Singapore Human Resources Institute survey,  7 in 10 Generation Y workers aged between 19 and 30 think it is normal to job—hop, and they also want instant recognition for their work.
Which means employers in Singapore face a two-fold problem.
  •  How to retain them?
  •  How to cater to their instant gratification urge?
