‘BPO Special Sector Survey 2008’ – a report by global management consulting firm Hay Group notes that, attrition in the Indian Business Process Outsourcing Industry is approximately 7.8 % higher than other sectors.
The report attributes the high attrition level, which stands at 23.5 percent, to the industry’s unattractive salary structure.
